Hi - Thanks for taking the time to learn a little about us.

I watched firsthand how private equity reshaped the tech industry, and the Sales profession. End of Quarter incentives and Rising Quotas pushed reps to chase signatures instead of solutions. The industry continues to reward deals closed over relationships built.

New Business “Hunters” were incentivized to close as many “New Logo” deals as possible while Customer Retention “Farmers” only call when it is time for a price increase.

They buying Process is out of Balance and reps are rewarded for overselling. That’s why this company exists. Vendors push what they have to meet goals set by a faceless PE team that they have never met, often at the customers expense.

I’ve been on the other side of the table. I know how contracts get written, where the blindspots are, and how projects can either thrive or stall all based on the promises a rep made during the pre-sales process.

Our role is to strip away vendor spin and give leaders clarity. Whether that’s in contracts, overall technology fit, or impact/improvement to the Customer Experience.
